USCIS Still Sending TN I-129 Petitions Back to Vermont Service Center

Despite stating almost a year ago that all I-129 petitions requesting TN visa status on behalf of employees must be filed at the Texas Service Center (TSC), USCIS continues to transfer these petitions back to the Vermont Service Center (VSC) for adjudication. I have, yet, to have the TSC adjudicate one of my TN I-129 petitions. Perhaps USCIS should just let the VSC retain jurisdiction of these petitions, and continue to utilize that office’s extensive experience in adjudicating TN petitions.
