Family-Based Green Cards - Services & Fees

Immediate Relative Petitions

  • Services for Green Card Applications filed on behalf of Immediate Relatives of U.S. citizens, e.g. marriage to U.S. citizen.

    • Adjustment of Status (AOS) Case Preparation:

      • I-130, I-130A petitions

      • I-485 adjustment, I-765 employment authorization, and I-131 advance parole travel applications.

    • Immigrant Visa Processing (IVP) Case Preparation:

      • Step 1: I-130, I-130A preparation

      • Step 2: DS-260 application review, and support document review and upload to NVC.

    • Preparation of I-864 Affidavit of Support.

    • Cover letter to U.S. immigration officials (USCIS).

    • Assistance with assembling supporting evidence, e.g. bona fides of marriage and Affidavit of Support income documentation.

    • Interview preparation.

    • Available telephonically during interview with USCIS.

    • Requires preliminary consultation as 1st step in the process.
