Schedule Consultation
Schedule a consultation to speak to Brian D. Zuccaro for a review of your case, discussion of the process and requirements, an analysis of your eligibility, and case strategy.

Hire The Firm
After the consultation, we will provide you with a fee quote for the services offered. An engagement agreement and invoice will be emailed. A signed engagement agreement, and generally payment in full is required in order for our office to commence working on your case. Needs List & Questionnaire
After receiving the signed engagement agreement and payment, we will provide you with a list of items needed to prepare your case. Access will also be provided to our client portal to complete any required questionnaires and to upload documents. Information on your case’s work flow and status is available in your client portal.

Drafting & Case Filing
Following receipt of the information requested, we will then prepare your application paperwork. Drafts will be provided electronically for signature. Upon return of any signed forms needed, we will assemble your application and provide the final version for your review prior to filing with the government. After filing, we will then monitor the case and answer any questions along the way.

Case Approval
Upon approval of your application, we will provide a memo outlining our new immigration status. We will enter any expiration dates in our diary system, and send you reminders for any necessary extension applications.
