USCIS Changes Vermont Address For TN I-129 Petitions

USCIS’ Vermont Service Center is moving! Starting June 25, 2021, a new address will go into effect for the Vermont Service Center. This is an important change for TN visa employers and employees as currently all I-129 petitions requesting an extension or change to TN visa status, or a change of TN visa employers, must be filed with the Vermont Service Center. Individuals should always check USCIS’ I-129 webpage for the most up-to-date filing locations prior to shipping any I-129 petition.
