BUFFALO, NY Office Establishes Appointment Process For TN Visa Filings

In April, the Buffalo, NY USCBP Peace Bridge port-of-entry office established an appointment process for the filing of TN visa (and L-1 visa) applications. While not required at this point in time, the USCBP office encourages them. Individuals with appointments will be prioritized over walk-ins.

Applicants must call 716-843-8521, Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 4 PM ET to schedule their appointments, which are available Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM ET. After the appointment has been scheduled, applicants may submit their application materials in advance to the Buffalo office via email to BuffaloUSMCA@cbp.dhs.gov.

UPDATE 4/13/2021:

  • Walk-ins will be accepted at the discretion of management. The office will attempt to fit walk-ins in between appointments, but will not guarantee they will have time to adjudicate the application that day.

UPDATE 7/13/2021:

  • Due to heavy demand for appointments at the Buffalo, NY Peace Bridge, individuals without appointments may not be processed, and may instead be scheduled for an appointment in the future.

  • Confirmation numbers are now being issued for appointments, and applicants must bring the confirmation number with them to their appointments.
