Notice to TN Visa Professionals with Green Card Applications

According to the Department of State's Visa Bulletin for July 2007 all employment-based preference categories are now current (except for "other workers"). This means that immigrant visa numbers are available in these categories and TN Visa Professionals with approved I-140 petitions may now file for the last stage in the green card application process (immigrant visa processing or adjustment of status).
