I-129 Petitions for TN Status - Processing Times

The Vermont Service Center is currently processing I-129 petitions for NAFTA TN status with receipt dates of February 13, 2007. Thus, the VSC  continues to process I-129 TN petitions within an approximate two (2) month time frame. Keep in mind this is just an estimate and processing times can vary from case to case. The VSC has recently adjudicated I-129 petitions for TN status in signifcantly less periods of time.
