Filing Your EOS or COS TN Petition via Premium Processing? New Form Required Beginning August 2006
The USCIS will be issuing a revised I-907 premium processing form on August 21, 2006, with a revision date of August 28, 2006, for use on and after August 28, 2006. A premium processing request on or after August 28, 2006, on an I-907 form not bearing the August 28, 2006 revision date will be rejected. The new form MUST be used.
