USCIS Temporarily Waiving 60-Day Rule For Medical Exam Signatures

USCIS is temporarily waiving the requirement that civil surgeons sign Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, no more than 60 days before an individual files their Adjustment of Status application (I-485). USCIS is waiving this requirement to accommodate individuals who may be facing delays in completing the medical examination required for Adjustment of Status applicants. The waiver of the 60-day signature requirement will remain in effect until Sept. 30, 2022.
