TN Visa To Green Card Approval (~12 MONTHS) - Marriage To U.S. Citizen

CASE HISTORY / ISSUES:

  • Applicant was a Canadian citizen, and was working in the U.S. under valid TN visa status.

  • Applicant married a U.S. citizen.
