TN Tips on Filing Your I-129 with the VSC

It is recommended that applicants use color ink (blue, not black) when signing their I-129, I-539, and/or G-28 forms. Some petitions may be returned when the service center is not certain that signatures are original. There is also no need to hole-punch or fasten application materials together. Materials may be bound with binder clips instead. Colored sheets between exhibits are also helpful.
