Successful Renewal at Border for Scientific Technician TN - Engineering

The applicant in this case sought a renewal of his Sci/Tech TN. He had already spent several years in TN status as a Sci/Tech with this employer, a provider of backup and recovery software solutions.

The applicant studied computer engineering/information technology. He also possessed an industry certificate in Client/Server Technology and over 15 years of specific technical computer engineering experience. The applicant’s duties included researching, developing and improving product specification plans throughout the software development life cycle, leading strategic product development and planning and administering a marketing program based on those plans.
