Service Center Processing Dates for I-129 TN Petition

As of February 20, 2007, the Vermont Service Center is processing I-129 petitions for NAFTA TN professional status that were received at the Service Center on December 21, 2006. Based on these dates, it can be estimated that the Vermont Service Center is processing I-129 TN petitions in approximately two (2) months.

As of February 20, 2007, the California Service Center is processing I-129 petitions for NAFTA TN professional status that were received at the Service Center on December 21, 2006. Based on these dates, it can be estimated that the California Service Center is also processing I-129 TN petitions in approximately two (2) months.
