Passport Rules for Land Borders Delayed - Slightly

According to the Buffalo News, passport requirements for land borders delayed until Summer 2008. However, starting January 31, 2008, individuals must present government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s licenses) and proof of citizenship (e.g., birth certificate, citizenship card) at land borders.
