H-1B FY 2011 CAP HIT

USCIS has announced that the H-1B visa cap for Fiscal Year 2011 has been reached. This means that employers will be unable to file H-1B petitions until April 1, 2011, and employment start dates may not begin until Oct. 1, 2011. Employers that qualify for an H-1B visa cap exemption may continue to file petitions for H-1B visa status.
