The petitioner in this case was a leading IT consulting company offering professional consulting services with respect to “SAP” – a business application and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution software.

The applicant possessed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and over four (4) years of professional consulting experience analyzing SAP business applications and was a certified SAP Business Information Warehouse (“BW”) professional.

In this consulting assignment, the applicant would provide analysis and recommendations to the petitioner’s customers with respect to the integration of SAP Business Information Warehouse technology in order to improve operational and administrative reporting.
