USCIS BACK TO 2 MONTH GOAL FOR TN VISA I-129 PETITIONS

According to its October 2011 processing report, USCIS's Vermont Service Center (VSC) appears to have caught up with its processing of I-129 petitions requesting TN visa status. The VSC is now back to its goal of processing I-129 petitions for TNs in 2 months. It was previously at 5 months.

The VSC is currently responsible for adjudicating all I-129 petitions seeking an extension of, or change to TN visa status, as well as those requesting a change of TN employers.
