H-1B Visa Lottery Begins!

USCIS has informed AILA that the H-1B random number generator process will start today. Adjudication of the H-1B visa cap subject petitions will not begin until after April 13, 2007.  AILA InfoNet Doc. No. 07041268 (posted Apr. 12, 2007).
