H-1B Master's Exemption Cap Imminent

As of July 23, 2006, USCIS has received 18,368 petitions for the H-1B Advanced Degree Exemption, which is capped at a total of 20,000. I expect that the cap will be determined to have been hit the next time USCIS updates the count.
