U.S. CONSULATE IN CIUDAD JUAREZ TO NOTATE TN VISAS FOR 3-YEAR STAY REQUESTED

Officials from the U.S. Consulate in Ciudad Juarez have indicated that they will instruct their consular officers to notate applicants' TN visa stamps with the 3-year notation described in my earlier post. See AILA InfoNet Doc. No. 12083060 (posted Aug. 30, 2012). The Consulate also advised that TN visa applicants present their employer’s support letter to CBP officers at the port of entry to facilitate admission for the proper period of time. Id.
