USCIS Increasing Premium Processing Fees Feb. 2024

USCIS is increasing the premium processing fees it charges for all eligible forms and categories. Under USCIS’ premium processing program, the agency provides expedited processing of certain petitions or applications for an additional filing fee. Starting Feb. 26, 2024, the premium processing fee will be increasing to the following:

  • For H-2B or R-1 visa petitions: increasing from $1,500 to $1,685

  • For all other eligible temporary worker visa petitions including TN visas: increasing from $2,500 to $2,805

  • For eligible employment-based green card categories: increasing from $2,500 to $2,805

  • For eligible I-539 applications to extend/change status: increasing from $1,750 to $1,965

  • For eligible I-765 Employment Authorization Document applications for F-1 students: increasing from $1,500 to $1,685
