H-1B VISA CAP UPDATE - NUMBERS STILL AVAILABLE

USCIS has issued a notice stating that it has received approximately 42,000 H-1B petitions for this year’s H-1B visa cap. USCIS will continue to accept petitions subject to the general cap.

USCIS has also stated that it has received approximately 20,000 petitions for the H-1B visa U.S. Master’s Cap, but will still continue to accept U.S. Master’s Cap petitions. See USCIS Notice.
