Reminder: Cannot Hold More than One Nonimmigrant Status at a Time

The San Francisco Chronicle reports that a Canadian citizen who obtained H-1B visa status to work for the California Republican Party, and then also worked under TN status for the San Diego Republican Party was fired for violating U.S. immigration laws.
