USCBP Update To Carriers On Parole Travel

USCBP has published an updated memo to carriers advising of the Trump administration's termination of certain Biden humanitarian parole programs such as Uniting for Ukraine (U4U), Operations Allies Welcome (OAW), etc. This memo directs airlines to not permit travel to the U.S. based on parole documents issued under these programs. Individuals traveling under other parole authorization, such as those issued based on I-485 Adjustment of Status (AOS) green card applications, may still seek re-entry to the U.S. under those documents.
