Effective July 30, 2007, individuals must follow the new filing instructions for selected forms listed on the USCIS website Direct Filing charts. The new filing instructions affect the following forms: I-129F (fiancé petition), I-131 (advance parole/travel document), I-140 (employment green card application), I-360, I-485 (adjustment of status), I-765 (EAD), and I-907. The new instructions can be found at www.uscis.gov under the “Immigration Forms” section.
