Effective October 1, 2018, USCIS is now charging $1,410 for its premium processing service, which provides a decision on a petition in 15 calendar days.

Canadian citizens may apply for a TN while outside the U.S. using Form I-129, and to avoid lengthy processing times, may use premium processing to obtain a faster decision. Individuals currently in the U.S. may also use premium processing for their I-129 petitions to either extend their TN visa status, or change to TN visa status.
